All technical, unsportsmanlike and disqualifying fouls must be
submitted immediately after the game.
Referees must send an official Game Incident Report to the Director of Discipline and Mediation immediately following the game (and within 24 hours at the latest) any time a player or coach receives a technical or unsporting foul, or is disqualified for any reason.
A report is then sent to the league for appropriate disciplinary action, if any. It is important that all disciplinary issues be dealt with in a timely and consistent manner.
