Officiating is a journey of learning that takes time, patience and focus. For over 70 years, the Edmonton Basketball Officials Association has been committed to excellence “keeping the game safe, fair and fun."

Quality education opportunities, mentorship and comradery lasting a lifetime have paved the way for the EBOA.

EBOA has a proud history of referees officiating internationally, most notably, in the NBA, at the Olympic Games and in the NCAA.

While everyone’s experience may be different, the opportunity to learn and grow on and off the floor continues to be integral to our approach to supporting and building excellent officials.
